If emergencies know no boundaries, neither do we.
From our headquarters in Düsseldorf, we investigate worldwide, either personally or with the help of one of our many local partners.
Procedure of an investigation
1. First Contact
Every case begins with your contact with us. In person, on the phone, or by e-mail, tell us what is on your mind and we will advise you whether and how we can help you. This conversation is completely non-binding for you and will of course be treated with absolute confidentiality, regardless of whether we take over your case or not.
2. Detailed Conversation
Directly in connection or at a second meeting we deepen the conversation. You describe your request in detail and at your leisure. Together we go through the facts and collect all relevant information. Of course, we know how difficult it is to entrust your concerns to a third party, and we pay particular attention to that.
3. Service Contract
If you decide to make use of our help, we will draw up a service contract which forms the legal basis of our cooperation. Fair and open conditions are particularly important to us, which is why you will find the current general terms and conditions on our website in advance.
4. Investigation Plan
The information we have received from you is analysed by us and the investigation plan is drawn up on this basis. This serves as a guideline in our operative business and is continuously adapted to the latest findings. This ensures that operations are always carried out in a target-oriented manner.
5. Case Reviews
We regularly inform you about the ongoing investigations. As soon as we have any relevant findings, we will contact you and coordinate the next steps. Of course, you can also contact us at any time to inform yourself about the current progress. We are happy to help you.
6. Result Report
At the end of the investigation, you will receive a detailed written report containing all the information and evidence gathered in a form suitable for legal proceedings. In addition, we are available to you, free of charge of course, as witnesses for your trial.
